The marketing intern will assist in corporate marketing activities, tracking marketing programs, and assisting with the development of new marketing strategies. Gain exposure to a variety of marketing functions including digital media, events, social media and sales enablement.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support marketing team in daily tasks
- Assist with creating and editing content for trade shows
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Research customer targeting activities
- Assist with the creation of sales enablement reports
- Support lead management
- Help with analyzing data that monitors campaigns and evaluate results from various data sets
- Organize and update sales and marketing collateral
- Be a ready resource for marketing professional who need assistance with larger projects
- Provides project-specific administrative support.
- All other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Full time students enrolled in an accredited university or college. Major: Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism; 2021 or 2022 graduate.
- Experience with or ability to learn various software applications for writing, publishing, video and photo editing, design or layout of all marketing mediums. Applications may include: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign),
- Long periods of time working on a computer and performing repetitive key-boarding activities.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
