Join our team as a Vallen Manager- Accounting. In this role you will be reporting to the VP of Finance. This role is a proactive partner to the global business team and provides hands-on leadership around consolidated financial reporting, M&A activity, technical accounting, and audit management. This is a hybrid position with 1 to 2 days in the office most weeks.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates global financial consolidation
- Demonstrate leadership and engagement in developing a high functioning team
- Leads efforts to continually improve accounting policies
- Develop and/or review internal and external financial statements
- Lead accounting for consolidating newly acquired companies
- Assesses current financial operations and drives simplification and process improvements
- Oversee external audit and lender reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Blend of public accounting and industry experience strongly preferred
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in global consolidations, FX treatment, and technical accounting leadership
