Position Summary :
Join the Vallen team as the Vending Business Analyst. In this role you will asset tracking, KPI and profitability reports, authorize vending expense payments, facilitate rebates, and perform various audits to ensure effective Vending and ERP Automation. You will be responsible for inventory and financial integrity.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Track all Vending Equipment Deployed and pending Deployment
Track all Vending and VMI Customer Account records
Update and compile current data
Add / Change / Remove Customers / Accounts / ShipTos
Audit previous month's requests to validate ERP Classifications
License Renewals Monthly / Annually
ERP Inventory Movement and Consignment Usage Billing
Support Team as needed
Build and Maintain Forms, Sheets, Reports, etc
Job Qualifications :
BS Degree, or minimum of 3 years' experience in Distribution Inventory Control or Vending Solutions.
