Position Overview
As a Social Media and Marketing Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads. Your role will also involve analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and KPI success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photo and video editing, digital advertising, and aesthetic industry marketing. You will work directly with the senior leadership team on campaigns, with significant freedom to guide the direction and strategy of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo, video, and graphic content tailored to each social media platform.
Campaign Development: Design and implement ad campaigns that align with company goals and branding.
Social Media Management: Monitor, schedule, and promote posts across all channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads).
Performance Analytics: Track ROI, KPIs, and other performance metrics to refine marketing strategies.
Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Coding Knowledge: Utilize basic coding skills for website updates and email marketing campaigns.
Aesthetics Marketing: Apply industry-specific knowledge to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
