We are an exciting, fast-faced, 8 doctor AAHA practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while ensuring a positive experience for both pet owners and their beloved animals. Your passion for animal care and strong communication skills will be essential in assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide information about services offered, including animal care, grooming, and veterinary services.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing their accounts.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring resolution to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to relay important information regarding animal care and treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of veterinary care practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures related to animal health is an advantage.
- Experience in animal handling or care is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records.
