Dealer Secretary
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Secretary to train and to join our team! The Ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of experience in Office work and Sales. You should possess the ability to socialize effectively with clients. Punctuality and organization is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and exceptional service
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize technical knowledge to promote products effectively
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed targets
- Work weekends as needed and travel out of state when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to go through Sales training
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
-Must be bilingual (fluent) to communicate with a diverse client base
-Proven ability to build relationships
