As a Roll-Back Driver at Valley Auto World BMW, you will play a vital role in transporting vehicles and materials safely and efficiently. This position is essential to our operations, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate roll-back trucks to transport vehicles and materials as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and logistics.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles from the roll-back truck.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle conditions.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely transportation of vehicles for repairs or maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in route driving or similar roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for understanding vehicle operations.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is beneficial.
- Must have some previous towing experience.
