What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Valley Auto World Volkswagen?
- Responsibly help Volkswagen owners care for their cars and maintaining their vehicles
- Establishes a critical and ongoing relationship with BMW owners.
- Inspect vehicles and apply proper resources (vehicle history, key reader etc,) to accurately identify and verify mileage and service needs.
- Support BMW center goals for service by generating: High sales of services and parts.
- repeat new vehicles sales by providing a premium after sales experience for each client.
- Review service history and make recommendations based on time and mileage.
- Maintain contact with dispatch and Technician to update client throughout their service stay.
- Write and verify accurate repair orders and include supporting documentation.
- Serve as liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Technicians and Parts personnel to establish clear lines of active communications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
