Commercial Relationship Manager (Fluent in Hebrew)

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Portfolio Management & Growth – Maintain and expand relationships with assigned clients, ensuring strong engagement and long-term success.
- Tailored Banking Solutions & Cross-Selling – Assess client needs and provide strategic financial solutions, including lending, treasury, and other banking services. Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell additional products and services that support client success.
- Credit Structuring, Negotiation & Loan Execution – Identify relevant opportunities, structure, present, negotiate, and monitor credit facilities throughout the life of the loan in collaboration with credit partners and lawyers. Oversee the loan process to ensure proper documentation, compliance, and successful closing.
- Risk Management & Compliance – Monitor client portfolios, analyze financials, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing commercial clients, preferably in banking or Tech companies
- Team player with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills with the ability to acquire new clients and expand relationships.
- Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
• Solid knowledge of commercial lending and loan structuring.
Salary : $96,000 - $167,700
