We provide Paid CDL Training for anyone looking to Drive School Bus with Valley Bus.
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible School Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely transport students to and from school and other designated activities while ensuring a positive experience.
- Responsibilities :
- Safely operate a school bus along designated routes.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers at all times.
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Follow all traffic laws and school district policies.
- Qualifications :
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brake, Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Previous experience driving a school bus or large vehicle is a plus.
- Ability to work early morning and late afternoon hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
