Agriculture Teacher - High School (Req 9752)

Seeking an enthusiastic and energetic replacement in a two-teacher agriculture department. Courses to be taught could include Agriculture Mechanics 1, 2, Agriculture Wood Working. 1, 2, and Farm to Table. If qualified, courses could also include; Agriculture Science courses. The position is 11th month and includes an FFA stipend. VCHS has an on-campus school farm with beef, sheep, goats, rabbit, and chicken facilities as well 1 greenhouse , 1 shade house and growing grounds. In addition, the instructor will be involved in FFA student leadership development, SAE project supervision, and CDE coaching. VCPUSD is a great place to live, learn and work.
