Accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, referral, care coordination, developmental testing, discharge planning, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with other professionals in the community. This position is a licensed professional and serves as a leader within their profession. Position is for Department of Behavioral Pediatrics (Ambulatory). This is a part time position working two full days and one half day per week.

Experience
- Minimum two (2) years clinical social worker experience required
- Minimum two (2) years hospital setting preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Master’s degree in Social Work required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
