As a Clinical Coordination Specialist with Valley Children's Healthcare, you will play a vital role in the Hematology, Blood and Marrow Transplant, and Cellular Therapy team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical leadership and/or project management, with a strong background in nursing principles and quality healthcare systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Triage patient inquiries and provide education on treatment options
- Collaborate with the HBC team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain extensive knowledge of nursing principles, clinical practice, and healthcare systems
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and project management abilities, as well as bilingual skills. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, along with active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN) and HeartCode Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
