Toddler Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddler students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support the overall development of each child.
• Observe and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.
• Love of the Lord. We are faith based and teach a faith based curriculum.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
