Clinician - Mental Health Professional

SIGNING BONUS $3000/$5000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinician - Mental Health Professional to join our team in Bitter Lake, WA. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to individuals in need, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- or Licensed Clinician in the state of Washington
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Other:
- Obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor registration
- Pass required background checks.
- Experience in Clinical work a plus
