Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure access control systems, including biometric authentication and smart cards.
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, motion detectors, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure prompt action in case of a security breach.
- Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of security systems with other business applications.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in security technology.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
- Massachusetts D License or Electrical Journeyman License required.
- CISSP certification a plus.
