Job Description
We are seeking a motivated sales professional with experience in security solutions to drive sales and manage client relationships for our security division. This role focuses on selling access control, surveillance systems, server-based security solutions, and cloud-based physical security technologies to commercial clients.

As a Security Sales Representative, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and close new business opportunities. You will also build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored security solutions, including access control, surveillance, servers, and cloud-based security platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and support) to ensure seamless implementation and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in physical security.
  • Prepare and present proposals that clearly articulate the value and benefits of our security solutions.

Qualifications
  • 2 years of sales experience in security systems, physical security, or a related technology field.
  • Strong understanding of access control, surveillance, security servers, and cloud-based security solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools for managing pipeline and client interactions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region for client meetings.
