Responsibilities
- Pulling and feeding of electronic cable to identify issues such as loose connections or broken insulation.
- Basic wiring and installation of hardware, including security systems, access control systems, camera systems, and intercom systems.
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, alarm devices, and related equipment.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Testing all features and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- FOLLOWING BLUEPRINTS OF ELECTRICAL LAYOUTS AND BUILDING PLANS SPECIFICATIONS.
- Meeting installation deadlines.
- Accurate tracking on time sheets, service/installation tickets, and inventory items.
- Compliance with company and customer safety programs.
- Operation of power tools.
- Verification that all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
Certification/Licensure
Massachusetts D License or Electrical Journeyman License required.
