Valley Community Services Board is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assertive Community Treatment Team Leader. The Team Leader establishes, administers, and directs Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The ACT Team Leader shares responsibility with the ACT Team Psychiatrist for clinical supervision of all team members as well as for clinical treatment of all consumers. Additionally, the Team Leader functions as a practicing clinician on the team.

Essential Functions:
- Leader/supervisor that is the clinical and administrative supervisor of team members who also functions as a practicing clinician on the ACT Team.
- Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the ACT team including scheduling staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and on-call hours.
- Facilitate staff meetings and treatment planning meetings.
- Process program referrals, coordinate client admissions into the ACT program.

Responsible for monitors and ensure all documentation is completed timely and meets agency, licensure and payor source guidelines.
