Valley Community Services Board (VCSB) is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Mobile Crisis Unit. Under the direction of the ES Program Supervisor, this employee will respond to requests from the agency and community for crisis intervention services for children/adults, to include limited term community stabilization, crisis intervention, information, and referral to community resources and/or preadmission screening for inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse treatment.

Essential Functions
- Supervise a team within the Valley CSB catchment area, which consists of Augusta County, Highland County, Staunton City and Waynesboro City.
- Supervises a team of clinicians that provide mobile crisis responses to homes and communities for adults, adolescents and children.
- Provides/participates in training for communities/stakeholders/Mobile Crisis staff.
- Requires occasional travel within the area and the Commonwealth of Virginia for supervision, training, meetings, and mobile crisis response back-up.
