Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Valley Country Club. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall dining experience at our club.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food handling and preparation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is preferred.
- MUST BE 21 years of age
- Previous bartending experience, 3 months minimum
