Summary
As a Beverage Cart Attendant at Valley Country Club, you will play a vital role in enhancing the member experience by providing excellent service on the course. This position is essential for ensuring that our members enjoy refreshing beverages and fresh snack selections while they relax and play.
Responsibilities
- Operate the beverage cart efficiently while navigating the golf course.
- Proper golf etiquite required at all times.
- Provide friendly and prompt service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and supplies.
- Restock beverages and snacks as needed throughout your shift.
- Keeps beverage cart clean at all times.
- Assist with food handling and preparation as required to support service.
- Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
- Maintains up to date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standards.
- Reponds and knows general information regarding the facility and club activities.
- Communicated guest concerns or comments immediately to the Service Director.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duites when required.
Requirements
- MUST BE 21 AND OVER
- Previous beverage cart attendant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
- Ability to operate the POS system accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- GED education or higher.
