Pay: Competitive compensation based on skills and experience
Schedule: 1st Shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm M-Th (up to 5:30 pm with OT), Fridays as needed.

- A driven Welder I to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.
- Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, you will fabricate daily orders.
- Competent in welding technique and integrity – MIG and/or TIG
- Ability to set up and operate equipment/machinery with minor assistance
- Ability to adjust machine to appropriate thickness
- Ability to position pieces into jigs, fixtures, and guides using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Produce product to quality standards
- Work toward meeting the 3 cabinet per hour minimum
- Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions
- Machine/material knowledge – operations, light maintenance, safety requirements
- Ability to follow direction from trainers and/or supervisor
- Requires assistance in blue print reading
- Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Additional duties as needed.
- 1 years of experience MIG welding
- Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
- Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
