Originally set as a Ford Heavy Truck Dealership, we have now expanded to over 13 locations across Ohio and Michigan, representing Freightliner, Western Star, Ford, Chevrolet, CDJR, Hino, and Isuzu product.

We are currently in search of an experienced Parts Manager for our Columbus, OH location.
Responsibilities of the Parts Department Manager :
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Ford parts department.
- Responsible for tracking department sales, expense control and profitability
- Monthly parts reconciliation
- Hiring / training / motivating Staff
- Customer satisfaction
- Employee satisfaction - Hire, train and motivate your team to achieve our business plan annually
- Taking Complete Responsibility for retail, commercial and internal profitability for our Parts Department
- Exploring new ways to serve our customer base
- Developing an online sales process and order fulfillment system including staffing and training.
- Growing our wholesale business.
Some Saturdays, some travel required _
