Job Description
- Casino management experience is required for this opening*
- Oversee daily operations of the casino cage, credit, and count room departments.
- Hire, supervise, train, evaluate, coach, discipline, and schedule team members.
- Instruct finance operations team members on proper procedures and job performance.
- Coordinate tasks and information with various departments and maintain interaction through cage tasks.
- Direct and coordinate credit office activities to secure payment on outstanding markers and returned checks using established collection procedures.
- Oversee all count room operations, ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
- Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, gaming laws, and completion of all required paperwork.
- Maintain customer credit history records.
- Report and investigate any cage variances.
- Manage the year-end chip count.
- Maintain necessary supplies for the department.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Authorize and extend complimentary services according to the approved comp matrix.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 5 years of experience required as a Cage Shift Supervisor.
- Proficiency in basic office machines and computer programs.
- Ability to bend, push, and lift up to 26 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Knowledge of cage/count room operations, credit/collection practices, company policies, and relevant gaming regulations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
