Job Description
Responsible for the daily operations of the fine dining steak house. Works hands on with restaurant personnel to ensure highest quality of food and beverage and service within the concepts. Monitor, approve and enforce administrative procedures and policies for accuracy, timeliness and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
Job Duties
Assists in managing the human resources in the department in order to attract, train, retain and motivate employees. Provide high quality service and product to guests while adhering to budget constraints by managing the outlets in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Respond to guest trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects. Create, recommend and implement promotions and ideas to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of local market.
Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
Responsible for accurate record keeping, ordering and other administrative needs.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Two years previous work experience in food service is preferred.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of dining service standards.
- Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
