Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to our patients.
- Assess, monitor, and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform wound assessments, treatments, and collaborate with all specialists.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania or Compact (NLC) license.
- Experience in acute care, wound care nursing, and psych preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work three 12-hour shifts per week plus every other weekend.
