Job description
The CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service for all customers by using knowledge of company products. The CSR will handle incoming phone calls, create quotes/work orders, invoicing, scheduling, receive payments and prepare daily reports, while communicating effectively with team members and management, other duties as assigned. Our customer service team receives training and industry knowledge covering a broad scope of residential glass, flat glass, auto glass & parts products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a positive attitude and a customer service mindset.
- Strong communication & listening skills.
- Basic computer skills, experience with GlasPac software a plus.
- Be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Be able to work within a team environment.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
