Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

COME GROW WITH US! We’re looking to hire a Warehouse/Delivery Driver who is highly efficient, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull and Verify Orders: Accurately pull windshield and auto glass orders for customers, verifying part numbers, quantities, and quality. Carefully inspect glass for cracks, chips, or other defects before loading.
• Load Trucks Safely: Load windshields, tempered glass, and other products onto company trucks, using padding and straps to secure items and prevent damage during transit.
• Receive Shipments: Compare packing slips with purchase orders (POs) to ensure correct inventory and quantities. Check for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
• Stock Inventory: Properly stock windshields, back glass, and other parts in designated bins or racks, ensuring inventory is organized for easy retrieval and minimizing misplaced items.
• Identify and Address Discrepancies: Investigate inventory discrepancies, including mismatched part numbers, incorrect bin locations, and damaged items. Take corrective action or notify the warehouse manager for resolution.
• Use Equipment Safely: Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment to move glass safely and efficiently. Follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and your team.
• Maintain Warehouse Standards: Keep the warehouse clean and organized by following standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and work area cleanliness.
• Promote Safety Culture: Follow all warehouse safety regulations and encourage safe practices among team members to prevent injuries and product damage.
• Complete Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations and maintain high service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

✅ Forklift Certification Preferred – Experience operating forklifts to move and load auto glass is a plus.
✅ Auto Glass Industry Experience Preferred – At least one (1) year of experience handling windshields and automotive glass is ideal, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
✅ Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Ability to check part numbers, match packing slips, and verify quantities with precision.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Able to work closely with other warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and company personnel to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Proactive Problem Solver – Ability to recognize and address issues with inventory, orders, and safety protocols before they become bigger problems.
✅ Team Player with a Strong Work Ethic – Willingness to pitch in and support the team, especially during busy periods or unexpected challenges.
✅ Physical Stamina – Capable of lifting and carrying auto glass and related products weighing up to 90 pounds.
✅ Adaptability to Warehouse Conditions – Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
✅ Valid Driver’s License Required – Clean driving record with the ability to operate company vehicles for deliveries.
✅ Background Check & Drug Screen – Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
