Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead and coordinate the nursing team to ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations. Provide guidance, support, and scheduling assistance for nursing staff.
- Patient Care Management: Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure the implementation of appropriate nursing interventions. Monitor the status of residents and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for all residents.

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current and valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
