Home Health Director Position at BAYADA Home Health Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Home Health Director for our Valley Health at Home by BAYADA home health office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client care
- Demonstrate expertise in managing Medicare Certified Home Health Offices
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYEES, REFERRAL SOURCES, AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES
- Oversee business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management of the office
- Ensure quality and appropriateness of services provided, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure adequate staff education, training, and evaluation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of progressive health care management experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree
- Management experience within a Medicare Certified Home Care Agency
- Proven track record of goal achievement and taking on increased responsibility with positive results
- Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation
