Regionalized Call Center, Triage LPN
Valley Health Partners, Allentown, PA- Remote/hybrid possible
Triages incoming calls in an ambulatory setting from patients, makes clinical decisions based on protocols, and communicates with supporting clinical manager, and providers. Provides telephone advise and decision support services. Identifies clinical escalation and provides effective resolutions.
Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience:
- One year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Three-five years’ experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a pediatric setting, School Based Health Program, or Federally Qualified Health Center, preferred.
- 1 year of call center triage experience, preferred.
Licensure:
- Active/current Licensed Practical Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
