Job Description:
Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by the development of effective recruiting strategies.
Qualifications:Shift: FULL TIME DAYS
Education:
Bachelor’s Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree program. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree.
Experience:
Two year's experience in two or more functional areas of human resources to include employment. Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
License/Certification:
None
Other:
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management.
