Outpatient Physical Therapy Supervisor, Full Time Day
POSITION SUMMARY:
To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. To collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team. To supervise work of support staff.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
EXPERIENCE:
No previous experience required.
Hours: 8-430: T/R/F & 9-5:30 M/W
Outpatient Experience Preferred
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Current and Valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist. Current BLS Certification. Standard Precautions. Keyboard Skills. Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to details. Ability to use effective critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities. Ability to communicate and interact with the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members. Ability to function competently in a changing work environment related to changing patient needs.
