Job Description
Coordinator- Care Management Office is responsible for supporting the Care Management Program, management team and staff. Timely and accurate completion of all responsibilities for the program is required. This job requires a person who has a pleasant and cooperative personality. It also requires a person who exhibits a positive attitude, communicates effectively, and works productively under stressful conditions and remains pleasant and productive; works as a team member.
Education
Education beyond high school level preferred Clerical, secretarial, and computer training required
Experience
10 years experience in professional office setting required
Qualifications
Typing 60 plus wpm preferred Strong skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation and mathematical calculations required Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Lawson, and AS400 software knowledge preferred Strong situation analysis skills, knowledge, intuition and abilities to communicate effectively on a wide variety of topics and levels required Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact professionally with staff, consumer and public officials under stress required
