Job Description
The Hospitality Associate, Barista, provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. The Hospitality Associate follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
Previous food service experience/training preferred.
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age. Ability to read, and follow oral and written instructions as well as established procedures. Ability to do simple calculations and record keeping. Ability to operate a cash register efficiently. Must complete and pass Serve Safe exam Competent and hospitable to successfully interact with customers.
