Job Description
Senior Compensation/Benefits Consultant is responsible for job evaluation, review and consultation on salary and incentive programs with customers including leaders); provides regulatory and compliance support with compensation and benefit programs, and identifies improvement opportunities for programs, services and processes; serves as Plan Administrator for Valley Health System retirement plans.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or related certification such as PHR, SPHR, CCP, CEBS, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP required
Experience
Seven years of financial, accounting or treasury management related experience required, preferably in a not-for-profit healthcare setting
Qualifications
Infor (Lawson) or Epic software experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required
Strong Computer Skills Required
Familiarity with HR total rewards, talent management and information systems required
Professional Communication, Public Relations And Decision Making Skills Required
Ability to deal tactfully with all internal and external customers required
