Service Porter
Job Summary
The focus of a Service Porter is to support the Service Department while warmly greeting the client
upon arriving.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outgoing and self-motivated personality
- Exhibit a “can-do” attitude
- Greeting customers with a “warm” greeting when they arrive in the service drive
- Providing each vehicle with protective floor and seat covering
- Communicating with Valley teammates and valeting the vehicle to a designated parking area
- Complete tire pressure checks, battery tests, check / fill fluids (when needed), replace
- Complete routine cleaning in the service drive and the service shop
- Complete car washes on customer and company – owned vehicles
- Complete Pick – up / drop – off customer vehicles, as needed
- Complete parts inventory purchases at local dealerships
- Transfer inventory
- Participate in deep clean projects with our maintenance team
