Guest Relations Specialist- Weekends

Valley Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to work weekends with a background in Behavioral Health to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!

The Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested. In addition, the Guest Relations Specialist assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned and assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions. Communicates with Intake Supervisor when leaving the work location to ensure the front desk is not left unattended.

Location: 3550 East Pinchot Avenue, Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm

Job Requirements

Education: High school graduate, or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 1 – 2 years related work experience
