Overview:Responsible for increasing revenue for the Marriott-Limited Services, by providing excellent customer service to build customer loyalty and client base. |
Responsibilities and requirements:· Maintain and develop key accounts and prospects. · Analyze market trends to determine sales potential. · Provide superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction. · Present sales related documents to include proposals, agreements, and contracts. · Serve as point of contact for clients to answer any questions pertaining to property to include hours of operation, room types, rates, and promotions. · Work closely with Property Managers in arranging accommodations for current and potential clients as you cross-sell across properties. · Accurately maintain a current and prospective client database. · Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. · Conduct staff performance reviews in accordance with company standards. · Participate in day-to-day operations and establish a pleasant relationship with staff. · Attend/Participate in all meetings and training required by management. · Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Education Requirements· High school diploma or GED required. · Previous sales experience required. · Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required. · Detail oriented with strong verbal/written communication skills required. · Able to work well in stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure. · Must pass a background check and drug screen. Physical requirements· Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time. · Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
