THE ROLE
Position Requirements and Responsibilities
- This position will oversee limited service and full-service hotel located mainly in the mid-western, US states
- Bachelor's degree preferrable in Hospitality Management or Business Management
- Must have previous Hotel General Management experience; multi-properties a plus
- Drive both the top and bottom-line performance of those hotels assigned to you through: Providing operational, financial, and diagnostic expertise.
- Increase General Managers engagement in their roles and responsibilities by motivating them to continually strive to improve service levels and financial profit
- Thorough knowledge of building and managing P&L's
- General knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, BOH Accounting, Human Resources Expert skills
- Home office based with travel required to properties up to 75%.
