The Patient Support Specialist is cross-trained to provide a range of patient focused services including;
- Being the first point of contact for incoming patient calls, texts, and social media posts and responses
- Verifying current patient benefit eligibility and patient financial responsibility
- Patient registration
- Real time code review
- This position demands Wide-ranging knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Teamwork
- Adaptability to cover any of the tasks on any particular day.
- This position will require days, evening and weekend hours, and occasional holiday hours.Wage-17.00-DOE
And for those who prove to be the best, we can potentially offer career pathways in both the Billing and clinical side. including training to be a Medical Assistant and x-ray training (LXMO). Eligibility for MA training will also have additional requirements.
