Overview
We are seeking a part-time Bar Back to join our front of house team in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable and willing to work. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bartender and ensuring the bar runs smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, restocking inventory, washing glassware and assisting with running food.
Duties
- Clean and organize the bar area to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
- Help bartenders with drink preparation and serve beverages as needed.
- Bus tables and clear empty glasses, bottles, and other items to keep the bar area tidy.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy shifts.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations while assisting with food running.
Experience
- This is a great entry-level position. No experience required; we will train the right individual.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and the bartender.
