Job Description VIAA
Position:
Alliance Coordinator
Reports To:
Director of Operations
Essential Functions:
A dynamic role that works in concert with Director of Operations to ensure systems are up to date and help with servicing Member Agencies.
Position Summary
Requires a highly detail-oriented individual focused highly on accuracy of information. A desire to grow in knowledge is a key attribute for this position. Individual must be detail oriented, accurate, organized, and efficient. Demonstrate a proactive and systematic approach to information gathering, analysis, and problem solving.
SIAA System Focus
- Helps member agencies with system processing.
- Updates carrier codes for member agencies.
- Other various System updates/reports as requested by Directors.
- Audit Agency Compliance monthly.
- Regular communication with Accounting on vendor billing.
VIAA System Focus
- Updates Salesforce with all VIAA data.
- Audit Carrier codes for member agencies.
- Works with various teams to process and document member paperwork.
- All other items as requested by Directors.
- Assemble VIAA agreements & transfer letters.
Training & Development
- Provides reports to Executives on Production by Member/Producer.
- Provides structure and maintenance to the Microsoft Teams Platform for ease of access.
- Train members to access various systems.
Conferences, Events, and Workshops
- Helps Assists in organization of VIAA Fall and Spring Conferences.
- Uploads completed webinars on VIAA’s Microsoft Teams Platform.
Office Efficiency
- Agency objective is to be highly profitable.
- Utilizes and strives to improve the company’s efficiency.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
- 1 year of industry experience.
- Must be a good communicator with strong verbal skills.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Trello are highly desirable.
