Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner with at least one year of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, and other business facilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and committed to excellence in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Follow company protocols for sanitation and safety
- Communicate with team members and clients in a courteous, professional manner
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (commercial setting preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Hours and Compensation:
- Part-time to full-time positions available (10–40 hours/week)
- Flexible scheduling to support work/life balance
- Pay range: $14.50 – $18.50/hour, depending on experience and performance
