Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items to customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling and experience with cash registers or POS systems (Aloha POS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for patrons.
• Familiarity with food service practices and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $10.50 - $10.92 per hour
