As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing various landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Engage in tree trimming and pruning activities to promote healthy growth and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients when necessary.
- Perform snow and ice removal.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Driver's license and clean driving record is preferred.
- Experience driving truck and trailer is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners, as well as power tools like lawnmowers and trimmers is beneficial.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willing to perform snow and ice removal as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.06 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 55 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
