We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. This role involves applying pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments to various landscapes and agricultural settings. As a Spray Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our services while providing excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Apply pesticides and herbicides according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools used in spraying applications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including products used and areas treated.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on pest control methods, lawn care practices, and landscape maintenance.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or lawn care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is essential.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques is a plus.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services to clients.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
