Position Overview:
We are actively seeking motivated, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique mortgage needs, provide expert guidance, and manage the loan process from application to closing. The ability to foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service is crucial to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Mortgage Advising: Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Loan Application Oversight: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
- Loan Negotiations: Negotiate loan terms and conditions with both clients and underwriters.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and industry changes.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier support throughout the loan process.
Qualifications:
- Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license in at least one of the following states: Michigan, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Ohio, Alabama.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processing, and underwriting procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in mortgage software and technology tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
