What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Camp Photographer and Videography Specialist position at Valley Lo Club?
Job Summary:
Camp runs from 7:45am to 3:30pm and operates from June 10 to August 1, each Tuesday through Friday.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students of all ages and has experience working with Canon DSLR Cameras and video editing software. If you have a passion for photography and video production and editing, this is the perfect job.
Duties:
- Assists in maintaining a safe work environment
- Set up and tear down of appropriate equipment each day.
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and report any breakage to Camp Director.
- Be a positive role model for all JSC participants.
- Be available to all campers who come to your area and demonstrate a personal interest in each one.
- Actively engage and participate in all other JSC activities.
- Be respectful of all Club personnel and equipment.
- Attend orientation and staff meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
Experience:
- A passion for photography is needed.
- Experience working with kids is a huge plus (babysitting, coaching, etc.)
